Eolara ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use eolara.app and our associated services ("the Service").
By using Eolara, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy applies to all users globally, including users in Australia, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other countries.

This information is collected via Google Analytics 4 and is anonymised where possible.

When you request an AI coaching analysis, your reflection content is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Your reflections are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. We do not use your reflection data to train AI models. Your reflections are entirely private and are never visible to other users.
Important: Eolara's AI coaching is for personal reflection and self-awareness only. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, or confidential information in your reflections.
Posts you share are anonymous — your name and personal details are never displayed alongside community content. Posts are visible to other registered Eolara users. Do not include personally identifiable information in community posts. All posts are reviewed by AI-powered moderation before publication.

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. When your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. For EU/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved mechanisms where required by GDPR.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact hello@eolara.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where required by law. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
