Eolara provides structured weekly leadership reflection prompts, AI-powered coaching insights, an anonymous peer community, and personal reflection history. The Service is for professional use by adults aged 18 and over, accessible globally and operated from Australia.

By using the AI coaching features, you agree that Eolara is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Post abusive, harassing, threatening, bullying, or discriminatory content
• Share spam, unsolicited promotional content, or malicious links
• Post sexually explicit or adult content
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Collect or harvest personal data about other users
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Post content that infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

We use AI-powered content moderation and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

6. Community Content

Community posts are anonymous — your name is never shown to other users. You retain ownership of your content and grant Eolara a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws. All posts are AI-moderated before publication.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Individual plan features. No credit card is required to start a free trial. Continued access after the trial requires a paid subscription.

7.2 Paid Subscriptions

Subscription fees are displayed at eolara.app in Australian Dollars (AUD). Fees may change with reasonable notice. International users are responsible for any applicable local taxes or currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Refunds may be provided at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or EU consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All Eolara platform content, design, code, and branding — including the name "Eolara" — is owned by or licensed to Eolara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your personal reflection content remains your intellectual property.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Eolara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Eolara is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Eolara is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or EU consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Eolara against claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Disputes
